American Red Cross training programs are designed to give you the confidence to respond in an emergency situation with skills that can save a life. The Greater Carolinas American Red Cross offers training and volunteer opportunities for all ages. Whether you work with children, want training for a new or existing job, are a professional rescuer or simply want to know how to help someone in an emergency, we can help you build the skills you need. Use the chart below as your guide:

If you want to learn Adult CPR, AED, and First Aid in one day:
Take First Aid with AED

If you want to learn CPR for Infants and Children:
Take Infant & Child CPR

If you want to learn CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants:
Take Community CPR

If you want to review your base-level CPR skills:
Take Community CPR Review or Challenge

If you want to learn basic First Aid skills:
Take First Aid

If you want to ensure individuals with a professional duty to respond are trained in CPR:
