Programs & Services

The Greater Carolinas Chapter of the American Red Cross offers a variety of programs and services to Mecklenburg and Iredell counties.

Many people recognize the Red Cross for assisting with disasters and collecting blood donations, but did you know the Greater Carolinas Chapter provides rides to and from medical appointments for those who have no other means of transportation?

The Red Cross also offers a variety of training courses that range from Babysitter’s Training to life-saving CPR training to Lifeguard Training. Our classes can be taken in one of our classrooms or online.

The Red Cross has also been working with local schools to educate our young students about good hygiene and basic First Aid.
